Embodied Yoga Flow : Continuum of movement and expression that draws from the discoveries of various Hatha Yoga and somatic systems in order to experience yoga as a living form, empowering the practitioner to be their own greatest teacher as they expand, integrate and facilitate awareness in their body-mind.
Yin Yoga : Focus on the body’s connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, cartilages, fascia) while allowing for subtle, yet powerful, emotional release and healing.

Every class is a creation process unfolding for you, for me... a co-creation, always unique, inspired by what is happening around/within us, you and me. The common thread tends to be about sharing together a sincere & authentic moment. Facilitating and being/acting as the space holder of that experience to unfold is the greatest blessing that forever keeps me inspired to teach.
